About the Book
Nature-Inspired Leadership is a true Nordic guide to cultivating regenerative change in practice.
The book will soon be published by TEMENE Press. It.explores how the intelligence and principles of nature improve the way we live, speak, lead and work together. It is not simply about spending more time in nature. It is about allowing nature to become a teacher for our mindset, our language, our conversations, our relationships and the way we design processes of development and change.
At its heart, the book invites leaders, facilitators, coaches and practitioners to work more deeply with connectedness — to ourselves, to one another and to the living world we are part of.
The Danish edition, Naturinspireret Lederskab, was published in Denmark by Gyldendal/Hans Reitzel in 2026. The English edition is now being prepared for an international audience and provides the professionel foundation for our international training programme starting in 2027.
About the Author
Michael Stig Ørbech is a Danish author, executive coach, facilitator and adult educator. He is the founder of TEMENE and has worked internationally and in Denmark for more than three decades with leadership, organisational development, group processes and human development.
Michael is the author of four books in Danish. His work bridges nature-inspired leadership, systemic thinking, eco-psychology, depth psychology, regenerative facilitation and deep nature connection.
